Today I tried the Impossible Burger in #Whopper form from #BurgerKing.
It was in a disc shape, but had a good texture/mouth feel. Definitely better texture than bean burgers (mushy) or mixed grain vegetarian burgers (crumbly). I don’t know if it “bleeds” since Burger King’s whopper was well done and because of this, it was on the dry side.
This is the closest a meat substitute has come to tasting like meat that I’ve ever had.
Next foray will be to buy it from the store and cook with it…
